ZYTROL-7600

ZYTROL 7600 is a new generation of water based Varnish with modified pure acrylic composition for Ink, Paper & Coating applications. It has a very good adhesion on cellulose and polyester surfaces. The finer particle size of this product provides excellent adhesion, bonding and toughness to the coated surface.

This varnish can be directly applied or could be formulated to suit the need for the given application. This product has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 28 ± 2°C giving hard and non-tacky film at room temperature which leads to excellent abrasion resistance. It has low dust pick up and gives very good resistance to water and soap solutions.

It can be applied by normal methods of application like roller coating or spray.  One may adjust the viscosity to required application by diluting with water and this does not change the basic properties.  This can be supplied as per the viscosity requirement.
Keep the carboys of ZYTROL 7600 in cool shade.  Do not store in direct sun or at a temperature higher than 40°C.

Keep the container closed after use.

ZYTROL-7040

Zytrol-7040 is an acrylic binder recommended to be used in Exterior Aqueous Decorative Paints.  It replaces conventional binders which are designed for water based paints and inks.

The most important feature of Zytrol-7040 is that it can develop crosslinking after drying at room temperature.  After drying, it gives excellent scrubbing fastness

Zytrol-7040 is like any other binder to handle and normal departmental procedures should be followed.

Do not store above 45oC or in direct sun.

After each withdrawal from the container, always ensure to close the cap.
