CATALYST-ZY is a specially developed catalyst which is formulated to be used with ZYCOFOR-WF (Wrinkle Free Resin). CATALYST-ZY is a blend of organic and inorganic acids which give best curable properties.

CATALYST-ZY is recommended to be used as follows:

Blend 4 parts of ZYCOFOR-WF with one part of CATALYST-ZY to get the best curing efficiency.

Use 150° C as curing temperature.

Time taken can vary from 90 seconds upto 10 minutes, depending on the degree of cross-linking to be achieved.

• Stable for 6 months under normal conditions, if stored in shade at room temperature in a closed container
• Ensure that carboy is closed properly after each usage.
