K-2000-R coloured inks are specially formulated dark pigmented inks supplied at a printable viscosity for rotary screen printing. The printer can increase the viscosity as per his needs by simply adding our thickener (ZASE-5100) to make it suitable for flat bed and table printing applications.
K-2000-R coloured inks have been made available in eight basic pure pigmented colours: Black, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Violet, White and Yellow. K-2000-R coloured inks are inter-mixable and allow the printer to generate bright and clean shades by mixing appropriate colour combination. Due to extraordinary soft feel, ability to block out, bright and dark colour, these inks can generate designs which are better compared to discharge based prints. Discharge printing always restricts the printer to get reproduceable lot of fabric. The exact tone and colour matching of discharge print is always a tough task even for a skilled printer.
K-2000-R coloured inks will allow the printer to achieve the same effects with substantial ease and reduce the rejections practically to zero. K-2000-R coloured inks can be diluted to formulate pastel, light and medium colours by mixing appropriate colour and White ink with K-2000-REDUCER. [These inks are not recommended for more than 50% coverage on the fabric due to cost reasons. One may find that at this level discharge print may workout economical.]
The extra ordinary fastness properties of K-2000-R and crock fastness of 3-4 with excellent wash fastness allow the printer to meet the tough standards which can be achieved only by vat and discharge prints. The new technology is likely to open up a new market segment with respect to fabric prints using production techniques which are eco-friendly.
Stable for 6-12 months if stored in a shade at room temperature in a closed container.
Being water based inks, evaporation of water can lead to destabilisation of final ink formulation. After opening the container, one must add small quantity (50-100gm) of water and seal it tightly to avoid water loss from surface and avoid drying of upper surface.
