A NEW, SPECIALLY DESIGNED FLEXIBLE SYNTHETIC POLYESTER RESIN TO IMPROVE ADHESION AND COHESION FOR  SIZED SPUN YARN, FOR BOTH COTTON AND POLYESTER BLENDS.

Z-3000-ACP is fully compatible with starch and improves the properties of starch for superior weaving.Z-3000-ACP is completely water soluble. It improves flexibility, abrasion resistance, smoothness of the yarn and gain in strength.

Low Viscosity Starch recipe gives the sizer Lowest Viscosity with highest starch/polymer concentration improving sizing of heavy reed/pick construction sorts.

Reinforcing Nature The higher film strength and abrasion resistance of the starch film will result in lower droppings of size film on the loom during weaving.

The best performance is seen with 50 kg starch and 4 to 5 kg of Z-3000-ACP. At this concentration, Z-3000-ACP gives best abrasion resistance and strength of the starch film. To improve the strength and abrasion resistance further, increase the concentration of Z-3000-ACP along with RAN-1000/PVA or any other polymeric binder for higher speed (650-900 rpm) Airjet Looms.

Take desired level of water and add starch while stirring. Add Z-3000-ACP along with other ingredients and transfer to the pressure cooker. Heat it till the starch is completely cooked and degelatinized. Add softener to the above mixture and transfer to the sizing box.

 

Store the carboys at room temperature in a shade.
The minimum shelf-life of  Z-3000-ACP is six months.
