ZYCRYL-77 is fully compatible with starch and improves the properties of starch for superior weaving. It is specially suitable for Terry Towel sizing. It can be desized with cold water with mild detergent and alkaline condition.

The recommended dosage of ZYCRYL-77 for cotton sorts is 10 kg per 50 kg of starch with 2% R-SOFT-44.

In polyester/cotton & polyester/viscose blends, one can use 5.0 – 20 kg of ZYCRYL-77 for 50 kgs of starch along with 3.5-4.0 kg of Z-3000-ACP and 1 kg of  R-SOFT-44 with 400 litres of water.

 

Take desired level of water and add starch while stirring. Add ZYCRYL-77 along with other ingredients and transfer to the pressure cooker. Heat it till the starch is completely cooked and degelatinized. Add softener to the above mixture and transfer to the sizing box.

  • Store the carboys at room temperature in a shade.
  • Minimum shelf life of ZYCRYL-77 is six months.
