ZYTREAT (ANIONIC) is a Pretreat Chemical recommended for cellulosics. ZYTREAT (ANIONIC) is applied prior to dyeing with ZYCO-PLUS Pigment Dyeing System for achieving Medium & Darker shades with SOLID look.  ZYTREAT (ANIONIC) improves exhaustion of ZYCRON pigments. It also gives better colour values and improved levelling at the same dosage of ZYCRONPigments.

Preparation of the goods is important with a view to achieve uniform dye appearance. Fabric should be properly scoured and bleached to avoid defects due to the presence of Residual Alkali, Softeners, Oils, Soils, etc.

ZYTREAT (ANIONIC) can be applied by exhaust method as under:

• The fabric should be treated with ZYTREAT (ANIONIC) for 20-30 minutes at room temperature at 1.0 – 1.5% level on the weight of goods.  Now drop the bath and rinse with cold water.
• The cold water bath is dropped and filled with fresh water and the garments are ready for dyeing with ZYCO-PLUS Pigment Dyeing System.
• It is advisable to dissolve it in one part of ZYTREAT (ANIONIC) and two parts of water before use.

• Stable for 6 months if stored in a shade at room temperature in a closed container.
