ZYTERGE BASE is a New Generation highly concentrated Nonionic Polymer designed for effective removal and suspension of oil during scouring or dyeing. ZYTERGE BASE performs as a finishing lubricant for synthetic fibers. It also performs as a soil release agent on polyester and polyester blends.

ZYTERGE BASE should be used at 0.1-0.3% on the weight of the bath PRESCOURING APPLICATION. Scouring efficiency can be boosted when it is used in conjunctionwith scouring chemicals.

ZYTERGE BASE performs well as an in-bath lubricant for polyester, acrylic and other synthetics for DYEING APPLICATION. Usage level recommended is 0.1 – 0.3% for prevention of crease and crease marks.

ZYTERGE BASE should be applied at 0.5 – 0.7% for PAD APPLICATION at normal weight pick to achieve SOIL RELEASE properties on polyester fabrics. ZYTERGE BASEis durable for greater than 5 home launderings. 0.5 – 0.7% on the weight of goods at 65° C for 15 minutes should be used for EXHAUST APPLICATION.

ZYTERGE BASE is a concentrated product. It should be pre-diluted in water before adding to any dye bath.  Compatibility of chemical bath needs to be checked.

¤  Keep the bags of ZYTERGE BASE in a cool shade. Do not store in direct sun or at a temperature
higher than 40° C.
¤  In case the bags are open and are intended to be stored for a longer time, ensure to tie and seal
the mouth to avoid moisture contact.
